Share Sales Items between Acct 2007 and Business Contact mgr
Seems VERY counter intuitive to allow Products and Services to be added to an
Opportunity in Business Contact Manager and then have the ability to convert
to a Quote, Sales Order or Invoice and have then come over as line item
COMMENTS.
This feature would be much better if these Items were part of the shared
database when BCM and Acct 2007 are "integrated"

Merging databases with Accounting 2007
Seems to merge but when Accounting is opened get "Conversion failed when
converting datetime from character string". Anybody shed some light on this?

MapPoint will not work in Outlook 2007
When I try to obtain a map of my client's address in BCM, it takes me online
instead of creating a mappoint map. I suspect that an add-in is missing but
I don't know how to create it. Any help?...

Mail Merge
Can I mail merge my email contacts into an new email message and attach PDF's
to it? I want my clientys to feel that the information I send is just to
them. I do not want them seeing everybody that got it.

Outlook 2007 BCM
I've purchased Office Professional 2007. I'm currently running the trial
version of the software. I'm somewhat reluctant to use the unlock code or
reinstall as BCM has not installed on any of the beta or trial versions. I've
tried pretty much every fix that other users have posted here. I get close
but no cigar! Is it time for a call to MS TS? ...

BCM 2007 Trial Version
I downloaded and installed the 60 day trial verson of MS Office Pro Plus.
The only issue I have is with BCM whenever I open Outlook it wants to build
the BCM database and every time I receive the folowing error
"Databse creation was unsuccessful"
I have removed BCM 07 and re-installed and still receive the same message.
Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix?...

AAUUGGHH! Business Contact Mngr HELP PLEASE!
I am going insane!! I have been working on this for months...literally.
Tonight at about 9:00 pm I sat down and decided to figure the problem
out...it is now 5:30 am!!
I have Office 2003 Professional Edition. I installed Business Contact
Manager and it is listed on my Program List. However, there is no place to
click on "Enable" or "Configure" which is what any help file I have found...

office 2003 pro - business contact manager
I just purchased the full version of office 2003 pro. I already had outlook
2003 on my pc (purchased last year). I want bcm but there was no separate
disk with bcm. Is there supposed to be a separate disk or is it on the main
install disk? If not, how do I add bcm to outlook?

BCM 2007
I have installed Office 2007 and when i try to install BCM 2007 it will not
install all the way. Something about checking the bootstrap summary.txt. Same
thing with me installing MS Office Acct 2007. It won't install fully. I see
MSSQL installed and am thinking about removing it entirely and starting it
over....

multiple address lines
I need to be able to have separate fields for addresses:
Address1
Address2
City State Zip
When I type an address in the Address Details section like
Boston College
123 Main St
Boston, MA 02215
When I export that as a csv file to open in Excel, or simply try to use it
in a mail merge, the 2 lines are combined into one.

How do I resolve unsuccessful migration of Outlook BCM?
When trying to upgrade my Outlook BCM it says that migration was
unsuccessful. No matter what I try it does not upgrade and will not let me
use the BCM until it is upgraded. Any suggestions is appreciated!...

BCM 2007 installation failed
Hi,
I have installed Office Professional 2007 with no problems, however when I
attempt to install BCM with the separate CD the installation fails whilst
installing "small business connectivity components".

Cannot get BCM to install with Office 2007 trial
I lost BCM when I install the Office 2007 trial version which I want to keep.
I am using MOA 2007 Professional. I have removed Office 2007 Professional
and the download2 which includes MOA. Cleared my temp files and
re-installed, but at the end of the install I get a report that BCM did not
install period. When I use the X113-40150.exe again I only have the option

Phone List Report
Description says phone list report displays all stored phone numbers. I am
getting 3 fields only - Business, Business Fax, and Mobile. I have opened
each record and changed the drop down to show Business on 1st line, Home on 2
and Mobile on 3. When I rerun report I still get the Business, Business Fax
and Mobile displayed. What do I do to show all or show my 3 preferred?...

Using BCM 2003 & 2007
Just getting into the idea of BCM as both a tool within our business but also
(once we understand it) to offer training.
The plan is to use BCM2007 within our business (using a server-held database
for sharing). However, what we'd then like to be able to do is be able to
demo/train on BOTH BCM 2003 AND 2007. I suspect that as you can only hold one

Outlook contacts imported from Access don't show all info
I imported my Access data base that contains my "mailing list" into Outlook
contacts. Now, when change my "current view" of contacts (in Outlook), some
of the views show some of the info & some do not. Address Cards: No header
info, so I have lots of phone #'s - I just do not know who they belong to.
