how do I reconnect a bcm database
I foolishly didn't use BCM to backup my database when I was transfering computers. I have the original mdf and ldf files, but of course BCM won't recognise them and wants to create a new database. Is there a way to restore/reattach/reconnect, whatever, these databases? I can setup SQL Server if needed. ...

How to properly categorize business accounts and contacts
Just starting to use BCM 2007 , I have a lot of Dr. clients. (eg. Dr. Joe Happy) I file them as accounts and anyone within there office is added as an business contact eg. office manager, receptionist etc... I bought Office Pro 2007 upgrade from the MS digital locker. One file (x12-30196.exe) was downloaded and it installed everything except BCM. What is the suggested method of dealing with an account, such as a client, that has more than one address, such as a satellite office? I can put in a Business, Home, and Other address on the account's contact record, but is there something more sophisticated than that?...

Create time entry greyed out for recurring appointment
We are trying to create time entries for recurring appointments. Because the duration of the actual time spent per day varies, we are trying to modify an occurrence and create a time entry. The option is greyed out and not available. Is this a limitation of recurring appointments? Is there a way around this? We have Office 2007 and BCM 2007 and Office Accounting Professional.
