MS/Outlook I send out HTML format 2007 they receive text only
I am sending out message through Business Contact Manager Marketing System
Mass Email. I am using their wizard and am inserting graphics and multiple
color text. The recipient is receiving text only. They are using XP or 2003
What is happening?...

Buisness Contact Manager 2003
When I open Microsoft Outlook 2003 Pro edition with Buisness Contact Manager.
The add in Buisness Contact manager tool bar does not show up on the Menu.I
have the buisnes contacts and accounts. However when I try to open the
buisness contact form it says, buisness contact manager was unable to
intilize this form. I have when to about outlook and there is nothing there
for me to enable or...

Business Contact Manager installed but no toolbar?
I downloaded the update and now have no toolbar. When I try to 'enable" BCM,
it says it already is enabled, but I must restart. Restarting Outlook has no
effect and it doesn't appear that BCM is running at all. Any help?

Is there an estimated date when BCM team will release their BCM Database
Tool for remote SQL deployments?

Problem getting my data!
I have been using BCM for several months. Recently my hard disk failed. I
purchased a new disk and a well meaning friend, transferred my outlook .pst
file to the new disk. He also transferred my profile.
When I look in the directory C:\dcouments and settings\<user>\local
settings\application data\microsoft\business contact manager... there are
several files. They included a ...

Is ther live support to help set up BCM? Phone or Chat.
I have low vision and read slowly. I just do not get the hang of setting up
BCM. What support options. It sounds so simple from the demo, ub t when I
try it nothing works. I can not eve copy notes from my notepad to BCM notes.

How do I get my incoming mail delivered to BCM instead of Outlook
I set up outlook, then desided to use BCM. All my mail was imported into the
personal folder in outlook. 2 things.
1. How do I get my new mail to go to BCM? Do I need to creat an INBOX there?
2. How do I moove my mail and other items from Outlook to BCM?

archive BCM items
i remember in the beta i tried to archive some bcm items and i was in the
dialog and set it, but then notheing vere happened. then someone told me
that while the choice is there, archiving is really for outlook items, and
bcm items are not archivable, even though the option to specify archiving
settings seems to be still there for BCM folders.
is this still true? if yes, is there a work...

Importing ACT ver 7 to BCM 2007
We purchased 2007 Ultimate, but I am currently running a trial version while
our copies are being shipped. We currently use ACT ver 7.0.4.82 and would
like to migrate to BCM. Outlook appears to have a migration wizard, but it
does not work. We get error "The specified file is not a vaild database for

BCM will not Re-install. Going Crazy
Installed Office 2007 with BCM. It loaded with no problem. However, I had to
uninstall Outlook and BCM to deal with another problem. Everything else
installed but BCM fails partway through the intall and references to a set up
log. I have tries every trick in the posts of this discussion group to no
avail. It always fails the same way. Here is the last lines of the setup log.

BCM and exchange
I run Small business server 2003. In the past i installed outlook with BCM
2003 on the same machine as SBS 2003 (which has exchange running). This did
not work becasue of Mapi conflicts I think.
There is a post about 10 posts lower than this one that seems to imply that
outlook with BCM 2007 CAN be installed on the same machine as the one running
Exchange 2003.

Error viewing account in BCM in Outlook 2003
I have a list of accounts in BCM that worked well till I recently installed
Visual Studio and SQL Server 2005 and now I'm getting errors in BCM. When I
double click an account or an opportunity, it opens up and I can view it, but
then an error window comes up

Copy data file to laptop
I just upgraded my desktop PC from Office 2003 to Office 2007 Pro.
Everythings worked fine. Then, I installed BCM for Outlook 2007. Everything
works fine. Next, I integrated Office Accounting Pro 2007 trial version with

Can't reply to email message from history in Business Contact
I might be missing somehting but I have upgraded to BCM07 and opened an email
from within a business contact and then opening the "History" form. When I
open the email it no longer gives me the option to reply or forward from that
location. That means that I will have to go and find the email somewhere else

Outlook 2003 fails when I try to access Accounts in BCM
I have been using BCM for a few months now with no problem. I have approx 700
Contacts and 20 Accounts but now when I try and open an account or set up a

Set up 2 automatic reminders base on user defined start date
If I input a start date in a user defined field can I have it automatically
send a 10 day and 22 day reminder to me. Those are the days a report is due
to new customer type one. Customer type two requires a 10 day reminder and a
30 day reminder....

We've had very rapid business growth in the last few months, so I had no
time to be here.
Sorry about that, but let's get back to work.
So, Office 2007 has been released. Let's see if we can be more productive
:-).

Does office business contact work for Professional 2007?
I tried to install Office Pro 2007 four times and it don't recognize Business
Contact Manger, I had the same problem with Office Pro 2003, I have tried to
install it on both Windows XP unit and Vista Ulitmate unit. What is the

BCM With Exchange Server
I know this has been answered but I need a really non-tech answer about
whether or not you can use Outlook 2007 BCM with Exchange Server 2003
Standard. If so how do I go about doing that? I basically need to share
contacts between 3 computers/users and would prefer to be able to do it
seamlessly in Outlook....

Can not install BCM. My company uses Enterprise Exchange Server
I am not able to install BCM. Get message saying BCM will not install with
