I can address an email and it chooses from BC
I can click on Contacts in the Navigation Bar and BC shows up
I can create a distribution list and save it in BC...

Any way to create additonal BCM Home Tabs? (or an SDK?)
I have found that there can be too much on one tab - is there any way we can
create another tab in the Business Contact Manager Home area for new items?
Also, is there (or will there be) and SDK for BCM?
Unlike some, we have had nothing but good experiences with BCM so far!...

Backup for BCM
I am using an on-line back-up service. Even though I close Outlook before
the backup runs, I get a message that BCM2.ldf and BCM2.mdf do not get backed
up because they are "in use by another application". The only way I've been
able to get them included is to reboot the machine and not open Outlook at
all. Is there some way to force those files to close, short of rebooting?

Mail merge macros
I'm just learning how to write macros in Outlook 2007. My goal is to
automate the mail merge process to take creating an envelope for a contact
down to clicking a button on the toolbar vs. the multiple clicks currently
required. If anyone has this figured out already, I'd appreciate it and I
can get to my next task....

BCM for Office 2003 Enterprise User
Hi,
I'm trying to install BCM for Outlook 2003. I tried the BCMV2UPD.exe
download directly (181,389kb), but could not get it to work (the seemingly
common "unable to initialise this form" problem). I'm not sure whether this
is supposed to be a clean install, or requires V1 first. It certainly
installs without any errors. MS phone support helped a lot, and tried many
things but we co...

Project Management
As a strong MS Project user, I was hoping BCM PM would be a "lite" version,
useable for the less complex projects and less knowledgeable users. Is there
a way to automate fields like:
Status - if a task is in process, can the status move from Not Started to In
Process automatically?
% Complete - currently it appears at the decretion of the user, anyway to
make it a percent of tasks ...

Current View Changes all by itself
I use BCM business contacts all day long. In the last day or so it has
decided to change my view every time I move to another folder and back. I
have to go to Views/Current Views and reset. This is very annoying and
obviously something is broken. Anyone have a fix for this yet?
I rebooted the computer but that does not take care of the situation.

Missing PRIMARY CONTACT button for some users
Hello, we have installed BCM 2007 and so far LOVE it - I hope the work
continues on this product. It has been a blessing so far for our small IT
business. (We are partners but didn't want to go to full-blown CRM yet).
The problem that I have is on my account (the admin) I have lost some of the
fields in our ACCOUNT screen - I cannot see the PRIMARY selector or the
