Outlook 2007 CPU running at 90%
Outlook.exe process is using 90% of my CPU usage and cannot do anything with
it. I have to kill the process. The same thing happens trying to run Outlook
in safe mode. When I try to restart I get message stating the data file will
be checked this runs but that is it. I have tried running an Office 2007
repair still the same problem. The operating system is XP SP2.

how do I correct this? It says it is missing an object.
I have updated Business Contact Mgr, and Outlook Connector. When I
uninstalled this stuff, and rebooted, I had the same mssg so I reinstalled
the software.
Any suggestions ?

EOpen Volume Licensing Availability of BCM 2007
I recently purchased a new charity volume license for a non-profit
organization I work with, through Microsoft's Eopen. We purchased license and
software assurance for Office 2007 Proffesional Plus, Windows SBS, Windows
SBS Premium, and Vista Business.
Would know if BCM 2007 would be availalable for download as part of one of

Vendor Accounts
Are vendor accounts supposed to show up in BCM? The only accounts that show
up in mine are customer accounts. I need a way to link to vendor accounts.
I have checked to make sure they are active.

Sharing BCM. Cant' set up remote user!

I've just set up my own business with a friend and we're having

BCM and Exchange server
I just got a new computer with vista home premium. I also bought office 2007
small business (just so i could have outlook w/BCM). I have set up all my
email accounts and one is on an exchange server.

Reports in excel are wrong
I installed BCM and seems to be working ok up to the point that I want to
mail my reports, in Excel I get the mist exotic results for my oportunitys.
40% becomes 400% and so on...

Having the same problem !! Very frustrated as this is a reload of Outlook and

Reminders keep popping up after editing custom fields
Every time I edit the list of values in a drop-down list, all my outstanding
reminders pop up. This is annoying. How do I fix this behavior?

BCM 2007 and Reminders always Reminding!
For the 30 opportunities I have in the database, when I start Outlook, it
always shows 30 reminders for each opportunity. When I say dismiss all, it
will take a little while for it to process through the 30 opportunities.
Then give it 5 seconds and the remind dialog pops back up to show that I have
reminders... Crazy. I have reminders turned off...

Running Two Companies in BCM
Hi
Does anyone have any idea if you can run two companies via Outlook
with BCM 2007 and keep the details separate from each other.
I work freelance and also as employee of a company.
I am looking to have a database for my own company and then one shared
one from the company I work with.

Can't Install Business Contact Manager - Login failed for user 'sa

Error - can't load BCM database - Timeout
On starting Outlook 2007, I receive an error from BCM: "Business Contact
Database cannot be loaded. This action cannot be completed because Business
Contact Manager cannot access the database. Timeout expired. The timeout
period expired prior to the completion of the operation or the server is not
responding..."
Is there a way to increase this timeout value, as I can connect to the ...

BCM on a server
We have MS Office 07 with BCM. I would like to set up a database on one of
our servers which uses Windows Server Enterprise Ed. 2003. According to a MS
document I found online, Enterprise is not listed as a supported
installation, only Small Business Server is. This lengthy doc explains to

Copying contacts and assigning ownership
I was REALLY disappointed to find out that when you copy contacts from
Outlook to BCM contacts, they are NOT assigned to the user who's profile is
open.
This is not good, as we have to split up MANY contacts between a few users.
Does anyone have any solution?

Data not appearing in fields
Hi. I'm running Outlook 2k7 + BCM 2k7 from a shared database on an SBS2k3 R2
Box with SQLExpress. My problem is when I use the field chooser in any view
I get the field where I want it but it is never populated with data. For
instance, adding the "Company" or "Account" field to the list of Business
Projects just gives me an empty headed column.
Any suggestions please?

Update / Service Pack for BCM
When is there going to be this update / service pack that fix's all these
problems with BCM communicating between the other Office applications....
Specifically, BCM customised fields and having them in a Word MailMerge...
(which seems to have been overlooked by the development team)?????

BCM History on PPC with WM5
I just loaded upgraded to Office 2007 with Outlook 2007 with BCM. Desktop
performance is great on an XP Pro OS. I can get NEW history items to sync
onto my WM5 device, but NOW I can't get EDITED history items to change when I
sync. Any Ideas? I didn't have this problem running Outlook 2003 with the
BCM add-in. ...

Uninstall BCM2007

I am trying to uninstall BCM 2007. I received a license of Office
2007 for going to a MS road show, so I do not actually have the Office

MSSQL database cannot be loaded

I accidently removed the MSDE and found my BCM without database. Now I
reinstalled BCM from the MS download area. There's a problem with the

BCM 2007 Contacts Not Integrated With Existing Mobile Phone Contac
1. Installed BCM 2007 For Outlook 2007 on Wndows Vista
