setting up outlook as default email
We have a new computer. I have email through my isp but since getting the new
computer I've only been accessing it through webmail. how do I set up
Outlook 2003 email so I can receive my email there as well?

"Enter Network Password" on Send/Receive
Using Outlook '07, I have automatic send/recieve set for every five minutes
so that I can automatically forward to a yahoo account in order to "push" to
my Iphone. The problem is that sometimes I have a dialogue box pop up that

Multiple mailboxes per Outlook account for send as either mailbox user using Exchange mailboxes
Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Standard 2003 SP2. I need to have a user
open their Outlook email and be able to see and send as another user
account. For instance user Bob opens Outlook. Bob needs to see emails from
salesinfo account and be able to reply to email sent to salesinfo and the
reply needs to show as from salesinfo and not a reply from Bob or sent on
behalf of sales info.

OofO Reply (Exceptions)
I am using the corporate version of Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007 server.
I have an Out of Office message for both within my org and for outside my
org.
I receive emails from a specific address and for only this address that is
outside
of my org i would like to not send an out of office reply. is that possible
and how?

Emails with Excel attachments disappear
Having this problem across several PCs, some emails with Excel attachments
are disappearing when Outlook 2k3 receives them. If I send one of these
Excel files (some go through fine, some don't), I can check the mail logs on
our sendmail server, it is received, delivered to the recipients e-mail box,
and I can view it in Webmail and download the attachment as long as Outlook
hasn't trie...

Using Outlook for Contacts Only
Is there a way to configure Outlook to manage contacts only? I don't use it
for email (I use MSN), and have 2000+ emails that are in the inbox. I think
if I delete them on Outlook, they'll be deleted from MSN? I don't want them
in both places. Help, please!...

Popup Window feature
I have the how to document for creating a popup window in a word document
from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/HA101154401033.aspx I would want
to do this in Outlook 2003 where word is the default editor. Not sure how to

One of my co-workers is one of our main Blackberry techs, and it seems that

Recover Deleted Items - Not Primary User
Our CEO is having a strange issue.
We use Outlook 2007 on Windows XP Pro; Exchange Server 2003
Not using cached-exchage mode
He's a local admin, and has full access to all the boxes he's trying
to open.
In Outlook he has his primary email account set up.
He also has a whole bunch of additional mailboxes added (employees)

Exchange / Outlook 2003 Public Folder Shared Calendar - users cannot see each others' entries
We run an Exchange 2003 server with Outlook 2003 clients (via Citrix),
on Windows 2003 Server. I have a bit of an odd problem with a public
folder shared calendar I created for one of our offices. I created it
in the normal way in Outlook, and applied appropriate permissions to
all the users in that group. They can all see the calendar, and

Confused about Outlook deleting my emails

email receiving question
Grreetings all,
I recently changed for OE to outlook 03.
I had no prblem moving emails address, etc.
My problem is now after I receive emails, I delete the ones I no longer need
or move to a new folder that I created.
The next time I check emails, they all seems to download again and I have to
weed through all the smae old emails.

Running Outlook 2003. Sometimes when I read emails I see image placeholders

Exchange Deletes Unsent items from Draft Folder
If a user save e-mails while preparing in "draft folder" or "inbox" Exchange
Deletes them after 2-3 mins .
I want it keep untill user will delete it intentionally.
