Outlook Connector sessions secure?
Are Outlook Connector sessions with hotmail accounts secure? Or are the
messages between Outlook and Microsoft Hotmail/Live Mail servers in open
text? The Web client uses HTTPS to secure the communications via SSL, but
I haven't seen any documentation on the Outlook Connector sessions being
secured the same way.

Printing
Is there anyway to print an email directly from the main Outlook 2007 screen
and have the same Print Dialog facilities available that I have in other
Office components- particularly page range. Does anyone know of any 3rd
party products that address this deficiency.
I know I can open the email in a viewer, then open it in IE and print from
there - but that approach is not fit for purpo...

Others
At the start of my Contacts list is a tiny table containing a blank row,
and a row saying "Other: 399".
This seems to be some sort of summary, so how do I populate this table?
I have all sorts of contacts in there, Friends, Family, Neighbours, Work
colleagues, musicians, composers, extra-terrestrials.

Calendar - Birthdays in colour
Hi All,
Is it possible to make Birthdays show up in colour when printed on a
calendar?
Birthdays set in the contacts information that is.
Could it also apply to Anniversary's?

Deleted items in shared calendar
Hello,
Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 SP2
My General Manager (of course...:-) shares his Outlook calendar with
his secretaries, and they have permissions to change all items in this
folder.
The problem is, they complain that from time to time, some
appointments are deleted. And of course, it is not one of them...
I can find the deleted appointment in the Recover Deleted Items,
but... C...

How to restore "To ..." prompts in the address field
Hi, sometimes I need to move my Outlook.pst to another location. I have no
problems with refreshing the pass to its new location but after that there
is no prompts in the field "To ..." when I print the recipient's address in
a new message.
Is any way to restore these promts?

Include web references in an e-mail.
I want to be able to send an e-mail that will point to our server -
specifically images. We change the images frequently (like hourly) and I
want the e-mail to show the 'current' one on the server. So I need to have a
refence to the file on the server, not one locally in the e-mail.
I already know this if fraught with problems (what if they aren't connected,

"Select signatures for account:" Causes Outlook 2003 to Crash
When I go into Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures > Select
signatures for account:
and select a different account from the drop-down, Outlook crashes.
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone been able to fix it?...

Outlook draft folder sending email withoutending up in outbox
Hi
Does this ever happend before, i have a user that says he had a email in
draft folder and after trying to attach a document it closed and when he
tryes to find it it is lost. The email was later found at the recipient but
not in the users outbox. I have no idea how he manage to do this. Do you
have any answers?

Outlook 2007 Rules Query
I have 2 email addresses that I download into Outlook 2007.
Let's say, name@domain.com and alias@anotherdomain.com
I have a rule to move emails to alias@anotherdomain.com into a particular
folder.
However, if people send an email to both of my addresses, both emails get
moved into this folder.
How can I have the mail to name@domain.com stay in the inbox?

Outbox Problems
I cannot send any emails on Outlook because they get stuck in the Outbox.
While they are stuck in my outbox the most unusual thing happens: the
intended recipient of the email gets multiple (sometimes as many as 40-50 of
the email in their Inbox and they call me and tell me to stop whatever it is
that I am doing because it is "out of control". Help....

Is there some way to link a Contact with an email account (i.e.. one of my
email accounts), so that when I send a email to a given Contact it will
always be sent from the email account designated for that user.

Spam filter in O2k?
Little desktop, W2k sp4, Outlook 2000, DSL, etc.
Due to the apparent dereliction of my ISP (ATT), I need to apply a spam
filter to my Email client (O2k).
Would like to have Email containing the text string "Replica Watches"
diverted to a junk folder or "Deleted Items".
This is practical?

Can I print a selection in a range of email message in outlook 07?

Something is changing my "pop" e-mail account from pop.att.yahoo.com to
"localhost". I have tried everything I know to get rid of what must be
malicious code.

Outlook and Daylight Savings
Just manually altered my computer's clock for daylight savings. Here in
Australia we changed over 3 weeks earlier than normal. It appears that neither
Windows XP nor Outlook 2003 like it for various reasons.
With Outlook and the calendar, all day events now span two days and timed events
that start at say, 7am or 7pm now occur at 8am/pm (my shift roster, actually).
Is there a fix for this...

How to prevent automatic mail download?
I am using OL2007 in a WinVista environment. Although I have unchecked 'Send
immediately when connected' in the Options | MailSetup section, all of a
sudden my mail seems to get downloaded on its own, without my having clicked
F9 or the Send/Receive button.
This strange behaviour started all of a sudden and until then OL was
functioning as expected.
Any ideas on what may have prompte...
