How to copy / paste email addresses into each cell in the spread sheet?
We are using Outlook for email. For intra-office memo, we have long list of
email addresses in different project groups and different discussion /
meeting groups of distribution list.
Typical Outlook email address in the cc: list string we can copy / paste

Unable to open PST file at random intervals
I just recently bought a new computer (my girlfriend's computer; a
second for my home network) that came with Windows XP, and installed
Office XP Small Business. This is the same edition that I use on my

.pst backup
I'm creating a batch file to backup my personal files and I want to include
my outlook emails and contacts that I've saved.
I checked the properties for my default mail folder, which is:
C:\Documents and Settings\Dwayne\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst
Does this .pst file store my email and contacts? Is this the only file that

Right-click on e-mail does not present drop-down list
My problem with Outlook 2007 on an XP SP3 machine started with an error box
that pops up every time I click on an e-mail saying "Could not install
custom action. Object not found." I now find I cannot right-click on an
e-mail and get the drop down list to appear.
I have tried a "Repair" on outlook and have even uninstalled and reinstalled
the application from the add-remove programs app...

Weird Oulook problem
I am using Outlook 2007 and have been ever since it came out. Now all of a
sudden when I hit new to compose a message or reply to reply the font in the
body of the mail is real tiny.The ribbon says I am set at Calibri 11.
Any ideas, I don't think I changed any settings.

Send/Receive Problem
I have my Microsoft Outlook 2003 set up for manual send/receive. Every once
in a while, when I hit F9 or send/receive, nothing happens. If I close out
of the program for several minutes and re-open it, it will work. Any ideas?...

The Office Suite I purchased in 2006 has 2002 Outlook. Even though emails go

Not retaining password
Here's an interesting problem for you computer nurds.
I'm working on a computer that has two windows profiles, one is the
orginal and the other is a new one just recently setup for work.
Outlook 2003 isn't beening used on the orginal login profile and on the
new profile it isn't retaining the password. Both have computer admin

Outlook 2007 not receiving all exchange emails
I have set up my dad's outlook 2007 to connect to his work exchange
server (i think that is a 2000 exchange server). It has been able to
download almost 3000 inbox emails, and calendar info, contacts etc but
has now stopped getting any more (and hasn't received any more for
several months). It says Connected to Microsoft Exchange in the corner
and has a progress bar saying Updating Inbox, but...

Connection problem with 60 day trial
I'm sorry to keep posting "new" questions, but on top of having problems with
Outlook, i'm having problems with figuring out how this "Discussion Group"
process works. Every time i open the Discussion Group page, I get a message
that there is no profile for me and so I have to re-create my profile each

Connection problem with 60 day trial
This is a follow-up to a message I sent earlier today. I reveived a
different error message:
Error message: "Outlook Send/Receive Progress"
"Task 'Account A – Sending' reported error ()x800CCC92): Your e-mail server

cannot receive mail outlook express 6
Helping out with a machine that on cable modem service (cox)
was working fine with OE 6. Now, outlook does not want to receive mail.

Connection problem with 60-day trial
I just started the 60-day trial with Windows Office 2007 and am trying to
connect Outlook with one of my 2 email accounts (Account A). I have tried to
send emails from Outlook to both acounts (Accounts A and B) and neither gets

Navigation Pane - View Full Month Calendar?
I just started using Outlook 2007. At first, on the left Navigation Pane, the
month calendar appeared at the top left. Somehow it disappeared and I can't
