print preview does not view landscape set up

Value Limits in a Cell
I need to be able to set a limit on a cell value and be able to warn if
the threshold is about to be breached. For example:
If the maximum limit for a cell is 5,000 and it goes past 5,000, a
warning message would be displayed alerting the limit being surpassed.
The cell is updated from another worksheet, so the value being added

auto format on number entry
is there some macro/etc that will auto convert entered numbers into 2
decimal places
like an adding machine,
i dont mean to convert after the number is entered and then run a macro that
divides by 100
but essentially doing the divide by 100 when either return is hit or an
arrow key that moves
out of the cell where the number has just been entered.

Hi
I need to create a rule for 4 or 5 kinds of formulas' results.
This file is like a traffic light but additional to 3 main colors I need
white background for a 4th rule and NO background for empty cells.

How do I reverse the worksheet exactly the way it is?
Ok so I want to reverse the worksheet in the exact order that it's already
in. Meaning I want the bottom row to become the top row and then the 2nd to
bottom row to become the 2nd row from the top. The first row is in date form
but for some reason it won't sort like that, it gets all mixed up.
There are 9 rows labeled:
Date, Type, To/From, Name/Email, Status, Gross, Fee, Net Amount, Bal...

Speech recognition files
Hi
Whenever I put my PC into hibernate or change profiles whilst an active .xls
sheet is open, when I return I get the message 'Cannot load speech

Can't print entire Excel 2003 workbook
I have an excel workbook with about 17 worksheets that has been fine for a
couple of years. When I try to print the entire workbook I get the following
error (Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close).
I can print individual worksheets but not the entire workbook.
Any Ideas?

virus scanning
My computer used to run Norton Anti-virus which has been removed. Everytime i
try to open even the simplest Excel sheet it says "requesting virus scan" on
the status bar. this takes about 5 minutes to open even the simplest sheet.
In my Macros security it designates that virus scanning software is
installed. i need to somehow tell it that there is no such software, so it

Excel Data Sourch Setup for Merge
My question has to do with using Excel as a data source for a merge. The
first 10 rows I entered common data and hid the columns (intending for the
ease of data entry to auto-populate or pick from a list). Obvioiusly, when I
choose to merge after entering data into mulitple 'shown' rows, it wants to

Switching printes in Excel
I am experiencing a wierd problem. On our corporate network I have a PC
which experiences 40 to 60 sec. delays when switching printers. This issue
only occurs in Excel. Word and Outlook and all other programs work normally.
It does not matter if switching from local to network or back again or

Default workbook settings
I am working in Office 2003. I would like to customize my default workbook
so that whether I start Excel or go to File, New to use a blank workbook,
the margins, headers, etc are always the same. If I create the workbook and
save it as Book.xls in the XLStart folder, only the initial workbook seems
to hold the settings. How can I change the default workbook for all new
workbooks?

Excel 2007 - cursor down & left after entry - How?
How can I get the cursor to go down one line AND return to its original
column position after data entry?
I finally found the options and the selection is "Down" after entry.
However, it will not return back to the first column where I started.
I guess I am old, but the new 2007 is too....too much icons for me.......

Excel 2007 Help File
When I click on the help icon in Excel 2007 a window pops up that is a File
Download pop-up. It states "Do you want to sage this file, of find a program
online to open it? The file name is BROWSE0.EXCEL.xml. It says it is an
unknown file type.
If I select to save the file. it will save the named file to the location I
specify. It says it is of type Microsoft Office InfoPath Form. After ...

Import *.csv file into Excel with 16-digit number converted to tex
I have *.csv file with 16-digit number(which is actually text ID), when I am
trying to open this file with Excel- it shows the 'scientific' notation for
this column, converting the column to text causes the rounding of the last
digit to 0 and then I am not able to use it as an ID....
