I have a spreadsheet that goes to 6 pages when printed.
Can I get it so that it prints each page to the margins, rather than some
pages fill the A4 and some don't?

printing landscape Excel documents using vista OS
I can't seem to figure it out ... If anybody knows, I'd really appreciate an
answer on this.
We have Excel documents that were created using an older Microsoft OS (I
forget, maybe it was 2000 Windows). I open up these documents and they look
fine. The landscape is selected, the page breaks are okay, the printer works
fine for everything else -- but then I go to print my landscape docume...

PRINTING A NAMED RANGE
Hi All,
I created a spread sheet which I use as a form. It has 500 rows
starting at row 10.
I named these 500 rows, "COST" I don't always want 500 rows.
I will deleate rows from the middle to suite my needs.
I then created a macro to print this sheet using "COST" as my print
range.
The macro did not retain the name, "COST", but replaced it with cell
references. If I reduce the sh...

Printing address labels, and more complicated stuff
I believe I've read/heard somewhere that one can keep a table of names
and addresses in Excel and print address labels. Where are the
instructions written up?
I'm interested in a more general situation. I have a table [database]
in an Excel worksheet. I'd like to be able to print one record (row)
of the table, with customized formatting, so that it is all visible on
one "portrait" sheet...

Sheets break into multiple print jobs?
We're running into an issue printing our workbook. The sheets do not
print as 1 print job, rather they're broken into smaller jobs of 4-10
sheets each. This creates havoc with the page numbering (eg. Page X of
Y).
The interesting part is that it always breaks between the same
specific sheets each time, and the breaking occurs between logical
breaks in sections throughout the book. In other...

Margins off after print driver upgrade
Greetings:
I upgraded a print driver and margins for word and excel, from Office
2000, documents reset to default values. In word, I go to file>page
setup>margins, set them to how I want them and click default. Every
document that I open in word now has these margins. In excel, no such
default button exists. How do I accomplish the same thing with excel? I
know how to c...

Excel printing issue
Hello,
I am having this weird issue in excel 2007.
I would create a relatively long worksheet (one that would end up
being 10 - 15pgs) and with in this worksheet there would be text and
pasted pictures.
Now the picture would be followed by a description underneath. All
the picture would be sized about the same and all the cells are
default and not adjusted at all. The text ...
