Help on Stacked column graph
Hi,
with the following group of data
1 2 3 4
a 10 10 30 5
b 30 5 32 42
c 10 12 15 28
I want to have a graph with 2 column s for each letter, one with the value
of column 1 and another one with the sum of columns 2, 3 & 4 with different
color for each value.
I've seen that is possible in some built in graph but not sure how to make it

Conditional formatting in a bar chart
I have a horizontal bar chart for weekly sales figures i.e. this years
sales minus last years sales .
I am using Excel 2007.
I have positive and negative sales figures.
Everything works fine but I would like to chart negative sales as red and
positive sales as green on the same chart?
I am new to Excel and I am not comfortable using VBA code, if that helps.

Excel 2007 Line Graph, Data Table, Number Formatting
I'm using Excel 2007, and have created a Line Graph with a Data Table below
the graph. The issue is that the Number Formatting is fine with numbers like
2.53 and 2.58, but the number formatting shows the number of 2.50 as 2.5. It
cuts off the trailing zero for this and only this number in the table. The
source data says "2.50", and all other numbers show two digits to the right

Worksheet cell info to chart
After the line chart gets its info, I have to edit the header each time to
show the correct product number. Can it be done so that say B1 has 1148, I
would it to show at the top of the line chart automatically?
Could I also choose the font size?

macro in chart loses focus
I have four dashbards each with 4 charts containing macros, and each in it's
own workbook. The data for the macros is all in the same workbook. It works
fine.
This morning I had a request to create a table of contents so that the user

Auto color scheme is in an Excel chart
I am looking to find what the auto color scheme is in an Excel chart.
Basically, when you select a range of data for a chart it
automatically selects a color for each line in a line graph. I, for
the sake of formatting and conditional formatting, need to know what
that order is for the first 40 colors.
I am currently using Excel 2003.

preserve sizing of pivot chart buttons
I have a front end with 4 embedded pivot charts. Each chart has macros take
the user to select different categories, then go into the table of the pivot
report. However, when to do, the macro buttons are resized because the chart
changes and is resized. In addition, when they select a category, the chart
title pops up, and also moves the pivot table buttons.

Chart doesn't print w/worksheet but will print by itself
Hi
I'm using excel 2003, I have a worksheet with a bar chart located within the
worksheet. If I print the entire worksheet the chart doesn't print
correctly, it will only print a small portion of the text boxes that I put on
it. If I click on the chart itself and print it's fine. Here's what I've
tried so far:

Fix a comment to a moving datum point in a line chart
I have a chart which tracks 13 weeks of data. Each week the data in the
table is moved one cell to the left (Copy the right 12 columns and paste
special over the left 12 columns) and add the new weeks data to the very
right column. I have data labels (value) on the points in the chart.
I need to add a comment to a datum point and have this comment move across
the chart from right to lef...

Pivot table question
Thanks for any help.
I want to make a pivot table on 2 fields. The y-axis has the "birth year"
(ie 1990), and the x-axis has the "years of life" (ie 4). The inner data is
the number of people/records/etc alive born at that year, that many years in.

My supervisor asked me to create a graph in time format (00:00:00). Can

2 colors in one line
Hi there I am putting a chart together to show the performance trend for
Budget, Actual and Forecast
Budget will not change therefore will be one color
However, I would like to combined the Actual and Forecast together. So i

How do I copy a pie chart (just the circular pie) into powerpoint
I need to copy the circular pies into a powerpoint document (to place on top
of a map) - I can't figure out how to do it without copying the whole chart
(ie the square box surround it with the legend and title - I've deleted these
but don't know how to seperate it from the pie)

2007 Chart font
How do I change the font for the header of the Data Table? Its set up so on
the axis on the left it says 2006, 2007, and 2008. The axis along the top has
17, 22, 50. The boxes have the total number of times 17 22 and 50 were used
in each year. I would like to change the font for the 17, 22, and 50 since
its the same size as the number of times they were used, and doesn't stand
out at all...

Graph Monthly Perfomance with change to plan mid-year
How do I set up an Excel spreadsheet that charts (in a line graph) three
separate data series when each set has a different range. I'm trying to
chart fiscal year performance (updated monthly) showing original mothly plan,

How do I chart something with some missing data?
I've been tracking the status of our grant money in one of our databases. I
try to track this each day, but sometimes I miss tracking it one or two days
at a time. Anyway, I would like to chart the draw down rate of this fund,
but as you can see I don't always have a value for each day. How do I do
this for days that I'm missing?...

Change the Point of a Series
Using Excel 2000
I have a column chart for the status of work requests. There are 2 columns,
Open and Closed with Open displayed to the left of closed. I added a new
