By using the following formula, while I don’t get any error message, the

Invisible Text box causing page break?
I have a tight one page report; I'm now asked to display 6 text boxes, two in
each row, if their corresponding columns in the table have data in them.
All the text boxes are invisible initially.
If none of these fields have data in them, all these text boxes remain
invisible. And the page should not break in this case. If any of the fields

Conditional Format
I am currently using Access 2007. I have a report to create that has the
detail section back color change according to the shift that submitted the
work order. I have tried to use the conditional formatting feature but that
does not seem to work in any fashion. I know very little Visual Basic just

report in a loop
I use doCmd.SendObject to send out the reports by in email in the
loop.
I just realized that the report does not re accept new parameters from
my VBA code.
I tried to force close the report like following:
DoCmd.Close acReport, "MyReport"
DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, stDocName, acFormatRTF,

Fonts blowing up when I edit a report
Hi,
I've got an Access app prepared for me by a friend many years ago who
I am unable to get in contact with. It still works ok, but I have to
change the phone number and address on an invoice report.
For some reason though, when I edit the text, the font blows up.
Actually, it still seems to be 10pt font, but the box scales up or

Access report preview
We have some access reports that when we preview the report on some pc's,
only half of the report show up on the screen. On other pc's with the same
version of 2003 it shows up fine...for the same records???? anyone ever seen
that. I have tried different printers for the preview, running the same
Service Packs.....

Graphics not printing on report
I am having a problem printing a report in access. It is set up as a custom
label for name badges. I have two text boxes one for name, one for Job Title
and an image control that changes depending on the organisation the
individual works for (company logo).
If I print the whole report it works fine, however if i only print one

Custom Groups
This is something I would like to do in multiple reports, but here's my

Shrink "repeated" records, need help.
Hi everyone,
I'm creating a phone-list (name, mobile, telephone, address etc) and having
some trouble with shrinking empty fields (such as mobile number) and hiding
duplicated records (e.g. I'm sorting on "company name" and I only want that
to be visisble once, in the list).
1) I've set "shrink property" to yes and also set all box-marginals to 0,
still there's a small visible space...

Vertical Alignment with Control Box
Is there a way in Access 2007 to vertically align the contents of a control
box the bottom of the field? Similar to cell alignment in Excel. I've
looked on the internet and not found an "easy" solution and even S. Lebans
only had it for Access 2000.

Creating a report template
I have several queries that shows practice groups, service types and amounts
paid by different insurance (qryUnitedHealthcare, qryCigna, qryBlueChoice) -
Amounts paid differs for each insurance; other fields stays the same. I can
create a report that shows all three fields by each insurance carrier; I will

Report built on a Crosstab Query (Access 2003)

Multi Page report
I have a tabbed form with a print control on it that will print a form letter
(a Report called letter), using fields from the form (e.g. name, address
etc.).
My tabs are linked sub-forms (by a primary key called ID),
Is there anyway that I can re-write the macro to print not only the initial
