importing external tables by code
hi,
i need to import external dbf tables into an access database in CODE. i can
do it easily by hand by going to File/Get External Data/Import.
but i need to automate it. how can i do it in vba or as an access
application within visual basic.
my access database is Names.mdb. the external table is Names.dbf, both are

Launch Word from Access - problem in Vista
I have an Access 2002 app that launches Word to print an envelope, when the
user clicks a button. To my surprise, this app still works fine with Vista
on my new computer, BUT...when Word launches, it remains invisible unless I
use Task Manager to switch to Word in order to print. The code I am using is:

Problem with Outlook Automation
I have some code I use to create a mail message in Outlook 2003 from Access
as follows:
Dim objOutlook As Outlook.Application
Set objOutlook = New Outlook.Application
etc....
The code works fine everywhere except on one computer. On that computer, the
user gets Error -2147024770: "Automation error. The specified module could
not be found." at the Set objOutlook line.

Sending an Email via Lotus Notes
Hello. I used the code from the web site:

It works great, but how do I hardcode multiple recipients to the
"strSupportEMail" variable for the line:
Call notesdoc.replaceitemvalue("Sendto", strSupportEMail)
When I try typing multiple addresses separated by commas, Lotus Notes
