Can not Import Old Outlook Email files and folders Bill 12/31/2008 10:21:01 PM I have a new PC with Office 2003 and Outlook 2003 on it. I backed up all my old email files to a .pst file and when I go to import it, I can not find the Import Feature listed under "File" as before. How do I download and get all my old emails, contacts, folders, etc. on to my new PC>

Just open the file in Outlook: File > Open > Outlook Data File...
