config process window W- 12/29/2008 2:19:01 PM everytime I open outlook 2007 the config process window opens, onces it goes thru its thing outlook works fine but why does this happen and i'm tired of waiting the 2-3 minutes for it to config

If you have Windows Vista, then right-click on an Office program shortcut, choose to run the Office program as Administrator, accept the EULA, close the Office program, and then start the Office program normally.
