Is there any way to modify the columns of information that are displayed when one clicks on the "To:" in Outlook? What comes up for us is:
Name Business Phone Office Title Company Alias Email type E-mail Address
The name is in the format of <first name> <last name>. But we have Police and Fire personnel whom most of us know only by rank and last name. Their first name? Dunno.
It would also be nice to see the Location we enter into their profile.
Can this be done? If so, does anyone know how?
