Whenever I start MS Word 2008 on my iMac I get a dialog box:
The custom dictionary "Custom Dictionary" is not available.
But in the Spelling and Grammar preferences, the Custom Dictionary is
set to "Custom Dictionary" and with a path of:
Users:(me):Library:Preferences:Microsoft:Office 2008
And indeed, there is a 4K plaintext file in that folder called "Custom
Dictionary", with all my user-defined entries.
Any idea why this is happening?
(I still have Office 2004 loaded as well -- do they try to share the
same Custom Dictionary file and one app is locked out?)
