Can't get info from table
Susan 12/18/2008 9:18:01 PM
I am working on trying to get data from a table that has drop down
information for each record (+, turns to -) to get information. When I
query, I can't retrieve this info. Why it was set up this way, I have no
idea. Does anyone understand what I mean? Please help me. Thanks!

Hi Susan,

The information that shows when you click the + is in another (child)
table. If you query that child table you find the information. To find out
what that table is, in Access 2007 go to Database Tools and click on the
Relationships icon in the Show/Hide section. In earlier versions, I think it
was under either the Tools menu or the View menu. There also was an icon
with three tables connected by lines.
