Hi Susan,
The information that shows when you click the + is in another (child) table. If you query that child table you find the information. To find out what that table is, in Access 2007 go to Database Tools and click on the Relationships icon in the Show/Hide section. In earlier versions, I think it was under either the Tools menu or the View menu. There also was an icon with three tables connected by lines.
