THe BCM keeps on giving the following message "Business contact manager for outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again." It is pretty bad. When you start Outlook, do you see BCM database configuration wizard? If yes, did you try to configure BCM. If you don't see this dialog, do you see "Business Contact Manager" as one of the root folder in Outlook?
