Backup BCM database in Outlook 2007 w/BCM
cynfletch 2/21/2007 4:02:18 PM
I can't find how to backup the BCM database. Help says:
On the Business Contact Manager menu, point to Database Tools, and then
click Manage Database.
In the Manage Database dialog box, on the Back up/Restore tab, click Back up
Database.
I don't see this menu or anywhere a Database Tools.
Help please!

Do you see Business Contact Manager menu in main Outlook window?

I meant "Business Contact Manager" menu along with File, Edit,...on Outlook
window. The one that you mentioned are toolbar buttons.
