Business Contact Mngr addresses don't open: matrixindex problem Siegfried 2/16/2007 12:52:11 PM My Business Contact Manager addresses don't always open. i get the message that the boundaries of the matrixindex were exceded. after clicking OK the address then appears in an Outlook form rather than BCM. when i close and restart Outlook, the problem sometimes disappears.
