I need to set up or run a phone contact report for specific day. legacy 2/8/2007 1:57:00 PM My clients are all individules, and I need to run daily call reports with home #' not business #'s. I'm a financial planner and broker and am really wondering if this product is really for us.

Start by going to the Task View, choosing Active Tasks in the Current View part of the left navigation bar, and then choose Customize Current View below that. You'll see where you can choose which Fields you want to show up there and in what order.
