You could customize a task view with the columns you want to see on the report, then either work off the screen or print the screen (File, Print). Start by going to the Task View, choosing Active Tasks in the Current View part of the left navigation bar, and then choose Customize Current View below that. You'll see where you can choose which Fields you want to show up there and in what order.
