Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update will work with your hosted Exchange settings. You might need to uninstall any previous versions of BCM, then remove previous versions of BCM from your Outlook profile(s), and then install the latest version of BCM and any service packs.
Please note that BCM does not store contacts in Exchange. BCM contacts are stored in a separate SQL database which can be shared within your network.
