Automatically Make Appointments/Add to Calender from Opportunity

I am running a trail copy evaluating BCM 2007 for my Company. What we would
like is for the opportunity to show the reminder/ or custom field on the
calender with the sales stage or an action step. Is there an easy way to
do this without having to go to an appointment?

If I create a reminder it does not appear in the calender or syncronize to
a mobile device. I know if I can get it on the calender then there is no
problem getting it to syncronize with mobile devices.

The key is I need to eliminate the extra steps for my outside sales people
when working with opportunities and setting appointments.
