I'm trying to track a publisher mail merge, but I'm caught in a loop. When I
created the mailing labels in Publisher, it prompted me to start a BCM
marketing campaign. I did so & it imported my contact list. When I try to
Launch the campaign, it takes me back to publisher, I tell it to track the
campaign & nothings happens. I tried the other direction, starting the
campaign in BCM & pointing it at the publisher file, but the same thing
happens.
All of my other campaigns have worked, but this is my first mail merge.
What am I missing?
