When System Builders buy OEM Office licenses now, they get media-less
packages. The reasoning being that they should already have the disks from
their pre-instalation kit. Since you ordered Small Business Edition, they
should have installed BCM for you. I would get on their case and have them
come and install the missing software. Also, with your hardware, you should
have received a DVD case for Office with the license in it. There should be
info in there on how to order the media.

BCM is usually a separate install (not sure about the trial), so you may be
able to get it installed that way without installing Pro.
