I guess the controls are disabled because BCM will not be acting on the list. You can go ahead and launch the campaign. Then you can setup the call list via BCM, using categories etc. You then track the marketing campaign, by changing the "Initiated By" for accounts, business contacts, leads, and opportunities who respond to or are generated by the campaign. Click "Initiated By" and select the campaign. Campaign tracking and reports will display your results.
