Using BCM on Windows XP network
Rich in SLC 10/16/2008 11:19:00 PM
I am having trouble understanding how to connect to a shared BCM database. I
do not understand the password requests when trying to connect to the shared
database from another computer. Can anyone help me to understand the use of
passwords in the context of BCM?

All the passwords are managed by Windows, even though BCM may surface
some UI to set them.

Basically, to share on a workgroup network, you need to have the same
userid and password on both the server and client machines.
