I recently tried to install the trial version of One Note. After downloading
and inserting the product key code, installation started, but stopped. The
Installation screen says Installation Error and the only option is to Close
the installation screen. No error numbers were given.
I have a downloaded version of Office 2007 Small Business with SP1
installed. I also had the Office Professional Beta and Trial installed and
cannot uninstall them because when I use Add and Remove function I get a
"this product installation has been corrupted." I don't know if these ghost
programs prevent the install from taking place or there are other problems.
I run Windows XP professional SP3. Any suggestions on how to install One
Note?
