This one goes to 11

Hey. I love OneNote. I just wish I could add more levels of information
when I'm outlining. Right now I am limited to 5 levels. Is there any way I
can add more?

The size of the actual outline is not limited to 5 levels. Some of the
tools in the menus and UI are, however.

For example, the "Hide Levels Below" menu item only shows 5 levels, but if
you double-click the cross-arrow at the beginning of any outline level, it
will collapse the outline, yielding the same result.

The Bullets and Numbering tools will apply to whatever number of levels
there are.

Thanks for the reply! I was aware of what you suggested. However, I was
hoping to be able to edit levels above 5. I created a new button on the
toolbar and titled it "all at level 6", hoping that it would behave like the
other "all at" buttons. However, no dice. Certainly there is a code or
something that allows levels 1-5 to act accordingly. Isn't there a way I can
add instructions or code to the program to behave the same to levels above 5,
but for as many levels as I wish?

sincerely,
zeeebus
