I think i accidentally hit a shortcut on OneNote which means my notes are so
tiny in the top left corner of the page that ic ant see them. But on print
preview they are sized normally. I think i must have zoomed out a really
long wat but i cant work out how to reverse it.

In the main tollbar there's an entry-field with a down-arrow.
Using that you can scale the display.

Did you perhaps have the shift or control key pressed while rolling
the scroll wheel on your mouse?
