That would depend on your email program, not on Word.
If you're using Outlook, the term you should ask about is "account", not "profile". Look at www.slipstick.com, or post your question to the Outlook newsgroup at http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.general.
