Blank fields in Excel to Word mailmerg appears as 0, how do I mak. fredcfc 11/19/2008 1:48:00 PM I've created a Excel to Word mailmerge with address line columns but as each address has a different number of lines the blank fields are appearing as 0 on the word documents. How do I stop this from happening.
