Opening maximized candy100 12/17/2008 9:48:01 PM Windows XP Office 2007 Can someone please help me. I am going berserk with Word. I want it to open Maximized. I have clicked Properties, and on the Shortcut menu, selected Maximize, Apply, OK. It works once or twice then reverts to opening less than full screen. I know that it is supposed to open to the size it was previously opened in. But opening Word, maximizing it, closing it and then reopening it has no effect. I still get less than full screen.
