For instance, while viewing a contact simply click a phone number to call and it dials, keeps track of time on call, and records the event in history? How about incoming calls, will it display caller ID and open the related contact record instantly, and allow me to accept or reject the call and send it to voicemail? If not able to work with VOIP, will it do these things with POTS? -- J5 XP Machines
