Thanks for the question. One way to do it is, In Business Contacts folder, change the folder view to [By Active] and drag the contacts from 'Active:Yes' grouping into 'Active:No' grouping. You can drag all contacts together. But dragging 600 contacts might slow down outlook, instead do it in batches of 50 or 100.
