It's not *that* seamless, but it works pretty well. You need Word 2007 though. Basically, OneNote sends it to Word and then you can use Word's blogging feature to post it to a blog. Note though that I have to edit my posts before they appear on my WordPress blog, because there are certain things that are just formatted wrong. Not sure whether Word or OneNote is to blame though for each of the things.
