No there isn't a solution made by Microsoft; though you could get someone to
write something like this.
OneNote Mobile uses the OneNote API and you could create something similiar
to work on Blackberry or Sybian or Palm. It would require some work but you
could get something working. Also FYI OneNote doesn't store any infomration
in Exchange.
