Font changes automatically in Outlook even though defaults are Ari Kim 4/10/2007 4:12:00 PM Heres a doozie! My outlook and system has a default setting of Arial - everywhere! I send an email message using arial, when a person replies back to me it shows my email that they received as Times New Roman. I have gone through our system and ensured that everything is defaulted to Arial - all MS programs, System display, email options - send, receive etc. This has been happening for over two years and nobody at work can figure it out. This is only happening to my system, nobody at work has the same issue. Can you PLEASE point me in various directions for me to try to solve this.
