No online help alastair 5/3/2007 4:35:00 PM When I tried to go through activation online, i was told that there was an error / office was offline. My internet connection is working fine (thus i can type this). I activated by phone, but still can't get online help. I think there's probably a setting issue or something, but am not sure how to proceed. Thanks Alastair
