I have a certificate WP OFFICE 2003 PRO, why I'm I get a ERROR 1919?
How can this be fixed. I have uninstalled and re-stalled the OFFICE and I
am still getting the ERROR 1919 why? Did I get a bad copy. Please help

When I try to download MDAC 2.8 I received this error. Please explain.

Issue Description:

MDAC 2.8 RTM is incompatible with this version of Windows. All of its
features are currently part of Windows.

It simply means your MDAC is up to date. Possibly you have mismatched component.
Download the component checker and see if all is okay.
