I didn't upgrade all of them because I am having a problem. If I do that and it doesn't fix it then I have a bigger problem. The users I haven't upgraded yet aren't having the problem but would freak out if they did. Do you think it really could be an interaction between O23K and O27K when Exchange is the store?
