I'm using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. I don't have an option to "file As" > "company name". I would have to type it in myself and sometimes the program won't let me. It's very glitchy with this issue. The problem arises because the program wants to give a "Full Name"....and automatically gives it a First, Middle, and Last Name.
I also have another problem with the form. Unlike the regular 'Contacts' form, the Business Contacts form needs it's cache to be deleted often.....and the software designers didn't make it easy to resolve or locate the delete location easy. Otherwise, the form can't be installed on the computer (I don't know why because it was used so often). I can't believe Microsoft released this program with so many problems.
