Hi,
Could you please give some more details on what is happening? Is the
crash happening when creating an offline db? Also what is the exact behavior,
e.g. is there an error message? Where is the SQL 2005 server located, on
server or client computer? That would help us troubleshooting the issue,
thanks.

we are using a SBS R2 server with SQL SP2

It’s not any problem connect database but when selecting offline it crash,
and the only way is to remove BCM from outlook

click offline and run to 80% then "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could
not complete your last action or actions. Please try again"

Sorry for the late reply.

If this error message shows up when you try to create an offline db, one
possbility is that there is no sql server, or the sql server is not running
correctly on the client computer (from where you connect to the shared db).
There can be other issues, including having not enough space on your client
machine to create a large size offline db.

If this error messages when you already have an existing offline db and just
when you try to go offline, you may want to drop the offline db and re-create
it by enabling offline again. It may be that the offline db is corrupted.
