1. That's normal AFAIR. If you delete email message - journal / history
record will retain. It has an advantage sometimes.
2. That's not good from any point of view. You better buy another mobile :)
I'm almost serious - good sync program must (and does) allow syncing with
ANY Outlook folders, for example Chapura for Palm-based combos, Nokia PC
Suite for Nokia mobiles, etc. All of them will allow syncing of BCM business
contacts (not accounts in practical sense) with mobile phone. Anyway you
should start with indicating your phone model - may be you simply do
something wrong.
