User Fields

Is there a limit to the number of user defined fields you can create for
contacts?

I also see in earlier versions of BCM there was a difficulty in including
user defined fields in documents for printing and e-mails. Has this now been
included in 2007? Can you include udf's into documents you create?

I have found it difficult to add more than 40 user defined fields for a form.
Is there a way around this ? Thanks in advance

Barrie:

The short answer is No... You can add 40 fields EACH for contacts,
accounts, opportunities, and business projects but you can't combine or move
the fields between item types.
