I've called Microsoft for two different issues (never product support tho) and had no problem with getting a response within minutes. Did you try later in the evening? 9 p.m. your time is my midnight. I sure as heck wouldn't be on the phone with them for product support that late. I'd quit about 8, my time. After that,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
