every time i try to complete the mail merge in word 2007, the new document
freezes. the data source is an excel 2007 file. there are only about 12
recipients, and i haven't done anything fancy in the merge (address block).
i've used mail merge frequently for awhile, so normally i can troubleshoot
what is wrong, but i haven't been able to this time. i've tried creating new
documents, but it still isn't working.
suggestions?
