Import/export Outlook 2007 address book from one computer to anoth

I want to export my address book from Outlook 2007 on a computer running
XP_sp3 to a new computer running Vista Home Premium that I just loaded MS
Office 2007 to. I am not sure how to do it and would greatly appreciate any
suggestions offered.

First, there is no address book in Outlook. All Outlook data is stored in a
single file and you never use import and export to transfer it.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
