SHOUTING will not win you any friends in this forum!
A quick check at Google suggests that the problem is related to the
permissions set against the registry item
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.pip
Log into Windows as administrator run Regedit, right click the key and give
full access to users.
Log back into your user account then Word/Excel should only reconfigure once
more.
